We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

like barefoot evoskin is a barefoot shoes. is good because the feeling that you have when you walk around on sand or grass. But I've got to say that the size is a little bit smaller than i expected. And,also, the rubber seems to be non good on hard surface, like rocks and path. 24 May 2013

Strap tore completely the 2nd time I put them on I got 2 hours of wear, in my house, from these. The 2nd time I tried to wear them, one of the straps that goes across the top of the foot tore in half rendering the shoes unusable. Appalling design flaw. Wiggle have been fantastic and have offered refund or replace. Im willing to try replace but not convinced that the same issue wont occur. 12 May 2013

Would be OK for someone with normal foot geometry My first thought when I tried these on was how innovative (no pun intended) these shoes are. The quality was great, and I have narrow feet, so the sizing (which is on the small side...buy a size larger than your normal) looked to be spot-on. Sadly, I have a condition called Morten's Toe, which the first metatarsal (the big toe) is shorter than the 2nd and 3rd toes. I can't wear these for more than 5 minutes w/o a sharp pain being felt between those 2nd and 3rd toes. If anyone has an idea on how to stretch (warp) these shoes to accommodate my condition, I would be happy to hear. BTW, Morten's Toe is very common amongst those with Celtic roots....Wiggle, is there anyway you can warn customers about these shoes before they purchase? 30 April 2013

Very good product for the price I paid, would recommend these as a barefoot shoe to get used to barefoot shoes, not for high level performance 15 February 2013
