All round good training shoe, very little in padding so you may want to take that in to account,
I find them fine for 15km plus runs very few days.
Found they improved my running as I tent to pronate out from the heal when running in padded shoes.
I like them, also good in the wet.

As far as I can tell the only difference is the colour and AW12 in the title. Is there any difference in fit/construction?

I'm tossing up between this shoe & the Trailroc 245 (definitely getting Inov-8's because I find them fastest) and I was wondering which shoe would be better suited to this kind of terrain?
