Collapse AllDoes anyone know if the invo8 roclite 268 womens would be any good for both road running and trails? Am planning to do a 50 k which is both trail and road.
Any suggestions would be great!
Answers
I ran in this for a half which was mainly off road but a great deal of stone paths and a bit of road and they were fine. You might find your feet ache if there is more road than trail so I would strick with road shoes.

I would recommend wearing them in training before the event on the road to allow your knees and feet to adjust.
