Good fit, unless you have an abnormally tiny head I would buy the large size. Internal sweatband is a great feature. Pretty waterproof and aerated. Washed well in the machine. 13 July 2010

great cap this is the first running cap ive ever purchased and have to say that its just perfect ! it looks good, is a perfect fit and does exactly whats it made to do, keeps your head warma dn dry and keeps sweat and sun out of your eyes. 28 June 2010

Great cap for running I was a little apprehensive when I first ordered this as I've never managed to find, what I would call, a decent cap. Now I have. I've had it for about a month now and have worn it both on runs and just generally 'around'. It's comfortable with good size adjustment and the peak is a good size. There is a light sweat band running around the base of the inside which means it's comfortable to wear at any time and helps whilst you're exercising. I'm not sure what the peak is actually made of but I've stuck it through the wash a couple of times now and it's has survived so far. I've only run in the rain once with it, and in that instance it was torrential. Whilst my head didn't stay dry (it would have been drier going for a swim!) the peak did a good job of keeping the rain out of my eyes. Given how much I llike this cap, I'm going to pick up one of their winter versions as well. 13 December 2009

It's a cap I run most mornings and always were a cap. This is the best one I have used. It is comfortable and very absrobent. It keep the rain off. The peak is shorter and does not impair your vision when running up hill. Light weight and eacy to keep clean. 12 November 2009

Answer:

The trim is Hi-viz but it is only like screen print type stuff. I don't think it will last that long.
Shame, some real high quality Hi-viz piping or badge would really have set this cap off.
