About Mech Hangers
Replaceable rear mech hangers are designed to snap if your rear mech takes a knock, this can save the frame from un-repairable damage. It's advisable to keep a few mech hangers as spares in your toolbox or kit bag as manufacturers may sell out at peak times, which could result in the bike sitting there awaiting a small part. When travelling abroad for training camps or races we would also suggest taking a couple with you, as there is nothing worse than arriving to find your rear mech bent inwards and having to miss out on the ride. Mech hangers come in many different fitments and are often specific to the brand, at Wiggle we try to keep as many mech hangers listed as possible.

All the frames in our range are UK designed, in house at Upgrade Bikes LTD, because of this they can tailor make their frames to suit UK conditions and they are constantly updating their range to keep in touch with the latest materials, production techniques and riding styles.
