Answer:
If the collar is wide enough (at least 1.5") it would fit and stay on. The material is comfortable enough for it to stay snug and not bother the dog.

Answer:
will depend on the width of the collar - width of about 25mm should be OK. but can't adjust for narrow fit. it needs to be a tight-ish fit for the light to stay in place, as straps hook around a lip, and the tension keeps it secure.

Answer:
I think it would, I have considered the same now I have bought one. It is a single sillicone strap that stretches around on itself and over a clip. I think as long as your collar was AT least approx an inch wide then the frog strobe would clip on and not move, it would be even more stable on wider collars.
Hope this helps.

Answer:
I would not use this on a dog collar, this light requires a large enough rounded diameter object (e.g. handlebar) to create enough tension in the rubber to hold it in place.
Also the beam is directional, would be hard to adjust on a dog collar, get a light that has a 360 degree beam.

Answer:
It would, but i think it might be loose because you cant adjust the straps, it only has one position and the rubber stretches to accompany the size of handlebar you use.

depending on the size of your dog's collar....the lights are small enough to fit around one of my fingers... snugly around two. the straps stretch around to catch on, so no room for hole punching

Answer:
Depends how big a collar you have. This one would have to be used on a wide collar, larger dog and they have a smaller strobe that would probably be better if you have a narrow collar. The fit better around a tubular shape, ie bike frame/handlebar and they rely on the pressure to lock the loop onto the hook and hold it in place. Although since a collar is fairly snug, even if it were to come off the hook the pressure from the collar on the neck may prevent it from falling right off.

The light would fasten snugly depending on the size of your dogs collar. If it is a small (slim) collar it wont fit snug. It is not adjustable, it stretches to fit larger sizes.

They're not adjustable, so I guess the only way they would fit snugly is if the collar were the same thickness as handlebars!

Don't think so. The light has a rubber "hook" rather than a watch-style strap. You can get similar LED lights that have an elasticated loop which you could attach to a dog collar.

Answer:
The strap works as a loop that wraps around the handlebar (or collar..) by doubling back on itself and over a small hook. If yours is a wide collar then yes this would probably work. A thinner one and it may be a little loose.

You couldn't punch a hole, as it is one long hole already. You could probably wind the strap around twice successfully, maybe with an extra piece of string just in case.

Answer:
The rubber band relies heavily on being under tension so you need to fit the light around a item of similar diameter to a bike handlebar. I do not think that a dog collar would offer enough tension for the rubber to stay fixed to the hook.

I can't see why not, It's made from a very stretchy rubbery silicone material so it doesn't really matter what shape the handlebar (or whatever you're attaching it to) is.

It is designed to fit around a set of handlebars (in particular 31.8mm) I would suggest you would struggle to find any helmet that would accommodate this light.

Answer:
I doubt it - I have a Specilazed women's Hybrid and I used the smaller handle bar mount, with the thinnest rubber insert and that fitted my handle bar perfectly. I should imagine your fork is thinner than that? Note the product is faulty - Wiggle are refunding my money and I've ordered a different brand.
