I know that these and some other Lake shoes are made in wide (EE) sizes, according to the Lake website.

There is a lot of critisicim over the lack of sole protection for walking. Are the bumpers just moulded lumps of carbon in the sole, or is there something screwed on?
Also how does Lake sizing compare with Time (i.e. larger or tighter length and width)?
