About the Lemond Fitness brand
LeMond Fitness was formed in 2002 by Greg LeMond. Our main office is located in Woodinville, Washington, USA. Under Greg’s leadership, LeMond Fitness is continuing Greg's passion for developing exciting new products that help individuals achieve their fitness goals and train more effectively. As the first American to win the Tour de France, Greg transformed the world of cycling. LeMond Fitness bikes reflect Greg’s same passion for cycling products that break out of the mold. Tired of indoor training and exercise bikes that have nothing to do with cycling at all, Greg has reinvented this product category – making LeMond Fitness the industry gold standard for high quality and exceptional performance in stationary cycles. Designed like great road bikes, all Lemond Fitness exercise and training bikes offer user-friendly adjustments and innovative cycling programs to make a workout and training program more effective. We also believe in giving back ... supporting young cyclists, helping athletes train, and working with kids to instill a lifelong appreciation of the power of being fit.

Product Q & A
Ask your questions and share your answers.
There is a small magnet set into the wheel the cassette is attached to, which can be used for speed.
If you want to measure cadence, you will need a monitor near your pedals, not many monitors will be able to reach both, If any.
Also, be aware, there are subtle differences between ant+ sensors,
Speed/cadence monitors such as the Garmin GSC-10 measure both speed and cadence and use the same "channel" to transmit both.
Speed AND cadence sensors seem to use TWO channels , one for speed, one for cadence,
You can also get individual speed and individual cadence sensors.
My point being, if you have a GSC-10, the garmin 800 will expect both the speed and cadence data from the same sensor, so it won't let you pick up the cadence from one sensor, and the speed from another, or even use two GSC-10s at once.
To get both speed and cadence from my lemond, I had to get a speed only, and a cadence only sensor.
You will be able to adjust the resistance by pedaling harder.
I hope this helps.
Just want to make sure if it fits my Merida Big Seven CF 3000 with Shimano XT 10 speed cassette.
(or does it comes with a cassette?)
