About Manual Pumps
Mini pumps provide neat solutions to inflating your bicycle tyres, they often come with clips to attach them to your frame or are small enough to fit in your saddle bag or jersey pocket. Most will comfortably inflate to over 70psi, while some of the higher end pumps can reach over 140psi, making them suitable for both mtb and road use.

Product Q & A
Ask your questions and share your answers.
T=p x r / (2 x t)
T=wall tension, p=pressure, r=radius, t=wall thickness.
For a given pressure, increased radius requires increased wall thickness to accommodate a stable wall tension. (thank you wikipedia)
To finish the idea, higher wall tension = you push harder. If you gave me a teeny pump and a lot of time, I could pop any tire without breaking a sweat.
The benefit of the large pump over the small is that it will take less strokes, due to higher volume.
"The Lezyne Road Drive is a high pressure hand pump made entirely of aluminum for precise and lightweight construction. The barrel, handle, piston, end caps and pump mount are all custom CNC machined. The HP design makes this a frame pump replacement, easily inflating tires to riding pressure with fewer strokes. It comes equipped with our ABS Speed Flex Hose, which is a Presta ONLY inflation system. One end of the hose is a threaded Presta valve connection with ABS, while the other side has Lezyne's Slip Fit system for fast valve engagement."
I love the pump so have purchased different brand of tubes.
"The 70mm valve extenders... have threaded tips making them compatible with all Lezyne pumps."
So I guess the answer is probably yes!
