The cable inner is dual ended to fit most manufacturers’ groupset components.
Like all LifeLine products, the Essential cable inner has been developed and tested to meet the highest standards using the leading factories to give you proven products
Compatible Gear Systems:
- Campagnolo® Ergo™, Shimano® STI™ & Sram® DoubleTap™
- Fits all Thumb-Shifters, Twist-Grips, Down-Tube & TT shifters
- Not suitable for older Sturmey Archer® systems
Tools Needed for installation
- Cable cutters & crimps
- 5/6mm Allen keys (for most Road/MTB derailleurs)
- T25 Torx (Campagnolo® newer Record® & Super Record® derailleurs)
Depending on your gear and groupset configuration, consult your lever and derailleur manufacturers’ guidelines for correct fitting of cables, tools needed, and required torque settings specific to your particular groupset system.
