ETRTO rim tape sizes reflect the internal rim width, then the rims outside diameter.
About Rim Tape
Rim tape is an essential on most clincher wheels, its job is to cover the spoke holes and protect the inner tube. For tubular rims we also list tub tape, this is used to glue the tubular to the rim and is a double sided sticky band.
