When we turned to creating child carriers, it meant turning our expertise to designing equipment for the most precious load of all. We found that the shear weight of many existing products meant that parents were constrained by the simple problem of carrying a "travel" cot from place to place. We adopted technology from tent design to eradicate this problem and came up with a travel cot which is not only compact, but also weighs under 3Kg.
