Joining him as chief technology officer, Max Kismarton, an aerospace engineering working with the development of carbon fibre frames for two of the world's most advanced aircraft on his resume, brings engineering experience and rigor to Ric's wheel experience and vision. Completing the management team is CFO Russ Riggins. An accomplished leader in operations and management, Russ is the guy responsible for delivering customer service and corporate citizenship worthy of the product that Mad Fiber creates.
