Entry level at Mavic never means low end. This is even truer with the Aksium S, providing the Wheel-Tyre System benefits that was previously reserved for their SSC wheels.
Extra light rim utilising H2 technology to strengthen the rim where the spokes exerts the greatest stress to improve rim's life expectancy and UB Control CNC machined braking surfaces to improves braking friction and to eliminate shuddering when braking.
They come fitted with Mavic's safe and durable Aksion tyres. The Aksion tyre is the perfect race/training tyre well matched to the Aksium wheel. Featuring a light yet resistant 60 TPI casing and a safe yet durable rubber compound, Aksion tyres will make the ride better.
