Recommend Use
Pre-workout boost: mix 1.5 scoops (75g) of Maximuscle Viper in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training. During training (Isotonic): Mix 1 scoop (approx 50g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Sip during training, cycling, running, competing, etc... After training (Hypertonic): Mix 2 scoops (100g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water in a Maximuscle water bottle. Drink within 15 - 20 minutes after training.
