The Moser 111 frame is built entirely in carbon fibre using a monocoque construction method. This makes for a light but stiff frameset but with great vibration damping properties.
The sleek lines of the frame are classically Italian, but still with a strong emphasis on performance. The BB386 bottom bracket shell makes for an incredibly stiff junction for the down tube and chainstays allowing the seat stays to be slimmed down to reduce vibrations through the rear end.
The 111 comes equipped with Shimano’s 105 10 speed groupset meaning shifting is smooth and precise. Braking comes courtesy of a pair of dual pivot 105 callipers, inspiring confidence in any conditions.
The FSA Gossamer chainset with BB386 bottom bracket is lightweight, while providing maximum stiffness, ensuring all your power is transmitted to the rear wheel.
The Fulcrum Racing Sport wheelset is light and stiff with Fulcrums 2:1 spoke ratio, providing a more even balance between drive and non-drive side spokes. These are wrapped in Vittoria Zafiro Pro tyres for maximum grip in all conditions.
Finishing kit is from FSA in a shot peened satin black finish, with a Selle San Marco Ponza saddle, the perfect finish for any Italian racing steed.
Each Moser 111 is prepared by our team of qualified mechanics, tested, tuned and carefully boxed before being sent to you.

Born on June 19 1951, Francesco Moser was one of the dominant riders from the mid 1970’s till the mid 1980’s. He won one Grand Tour title, one World Championship Road Race title, and six victories in cycling’s five monuments, including three consecutive victories in the Paris-Roubaix Classic. Moser began his professional career in 1973. He had an almost effortless pedal stroke that provided great power. Moser was an intimidating figure on the bicycle, but due to his powerful build, Moser wasn’t a gifted climber. Moser’s lasting accomplishment may be that in 1984, he broke Eddy Merckx’s 1972 hour record. However, the bike Moser used didn’t look anything like that which Eddy Merckx used and in 1997 the Union Cyclist International banned all records which were set on bikes with technological advantage over those used in 1972. The record did, however, stand for years and the attempt further opened the door to new technology in cycling. Moser retired from the professional ranks in 1987.
At Wiggle we measure each of our bikes to build accurate size charts. When you place an order for a bike, we ask for your height and inside leg measurements. Our team of qualified mechanics will check your measurements against the size chart to make sure that the size you choose will fit you correctly.
