I have a Ritchey Comp Riser bar with inside diameter approx. 16mm and outside 21mm. WIll these plugs fit? Also is the outside of the plug approx 21mm to finish flush with the outside of my bars?
If not can you recommend any other suitable end plugs?

Consider the pattern on the end plug before ramming it in there, I did... with the second one ;)
