Hypotonic drink: mix 1 sachet with 1000ml of water to help you with maximum hydration. Ideal for hot conditions or low intensity exercise.
Isotonic drink: mix 1 sachet with 500ml of water to help maitain your hydration and energy levels. Ideal for standard intensity exercise and racing.
Hypertonic drink: mix 1 sachet with 330ml of water to give you an energy boost. Ideal for short intensity and interval sessions.
