Celsius Arctic GTX boots are made with a water repellent, breathable material with superior insulation for protection and comfort in truly Arctic conditions.
Jaws Carbon Sole:
The sole is made of thermoplastic enriched with carbon powder, this provides rigidity at a low weight. The front end of the sole is divided into 2 parts, a mid sole in fibre with added carbon powder and an outsole. The natural rubber rear part is designed to ensure maximum grip.
Speed Lace System:
A fast, simple and secure closure mechanism, just pull the cord and push the clip downward to automatically lock the laces in place.

MTB Cycling shoes have stiffer soles than an everyday shoe, like a trainer for instance, this means that they transfer more power to the pedals each time you push down. By improving this connection between your foot and the pedal, you can ride longer due to more efficiency and with more comfort. Higher level shoes will have 3 straps on the upper which make them very adjustable and can improve comfort further. Mountain bike shoes have a knobbly grippy sole so you can dismount and run with the bike off road when needed, or walk for small periods if popping to the shops. Northwave is a high quality manufacturer of snowboard and cycling shoes and clothing. Northwave was founded by Gianni Piva in Montebelluna, Italy and the company is owned by the Piva family. Northwave first started out as a shoe manufacturer in the early 1980's, producing shoes for other companies. In the late 80's, Northwave started producing snowboard and then its own brands of sports shoes.
