Speedlight 3D Carbon Sole
The Speedlight 3D Carbon sole introduces a new level of functionality and performance to the mountain bike world. The nylon chassis is filled with
fibreglass for outstanding rigidity and co-injected into a mud-shedding polished TPU outer shell. The contact points are made from a natural rubber compound for maximum grip in wet and slippery conditions.
Ankle Strap
Maximum Softness and enhanced adaptability. The Ankle Strap Regulation 2 system consists of a soft EVA pad fastened to a lightweight toothed band so the strap can be centred and perfectly adjusted to every shape of foot.
SBS
S.B.S. (Step By Step) is an innovative micrometric system that ensures precise and stable closure. Pressure on the instep strap can be released and easily controlled "step by step", even when racing.

MTB Cycling shoes have stiffer soles than an everyday shoe, like a trainer for instance, this means that they transfer more power to the pedals each time you push down. Northwave is a high quality manufacturer of snowboard and cycling shoes and clothing. Northwave was founded by Gianni Piva in Montebelluna, Italy and the company is owned by the Piva family. In the late 80's, Northwave started producing snowboard and then its own brands of sports shoes.
