Very nice bag My wife and I used one of these each for a London to Paris ride. Amazing how much you can get in them if you pack well. Well made and comes with a robust mounting system. It only loses stars because it's a bit pricey. 16 June 2010

Large, totally waterproof, works great I used this bag on a tour of Denmark, including one day in strong rain. The bag works perfectly. I would have liked it even better if it came with some dividers that could be taken out if needed (like a camera bag) and, given the rather high price, the map pocket that attaches on top should be included and not optional. 09 October 2012

Great by itself, but no included map case? This is a great handlebar bag. I use it as a camera bag with the camera padding inserts, and it has kept my equipment safe and dry in many downpours. It's also very simple and easy to detach the bag from the holder and carry it around into stores and such. However my big problem with it is simply the price. For the price you get a great bag, but all you get is an empty shell on the inside and no map case on the outside. It hurt my wallet to see that I'd need to pay more money to get a map case for it (which doesn't really fit on it all that well), and I also paid extra to get the camera inserts. Needing to pay for the camera inserts I can understand, but there really should be a map case integrated by default. 19 March 2012

Top Quality Gear Well made and waterproof - I take my digital slr camera out on my mtb with confidence. Also great for packing a picnic and drinks for a day on the trail. It's so well made that it can even be used as an icebox! Handlebar mounting system is safe and secure. 27 February 2012

Answer:

No it cannot, unless you are talking about one of the small netbooks. I did take my iPad on tour, and it fit, but only diagonally, thus eating up a lot of space.
