This truly versatile and feature packed jacket is made from Gore's renowned Windstopper® x-lite stretch shell material which is completely windproof and water resistant. The Insolito Radiation jacket comes with a removable hood and sleeves, meaning it can be worn as a gilet on warmer days. Along with the great fit and comfort levels offered by Gore's Windstopper® x-lite material is the fact that it is 100% windproof and up to 10 times more breathable than other windproof fabrics! The main zip has a storm flap for additional protection against the elements, along with additional venting found on the chest panel, these are operated by two individual zippers and are ideal for those hotter moments, like climbing. The outer layer is also treated with a durable water repellent finish for those cold & wet days, further reinforcing it's status as a truly versatile winter garment. Found within this jacket is the reason behind the 'Radiation' name, this comes in the form of a removeable thermal liner made from a 'reflective' thermal material which features additional holes for venting, this liner runs the full length of the body and sleeves for all over protection. This thin removable Radiation liner looks like tin foil and works similarly, by reflecting your body heat back towards your body, but without the bulk associated with a fleece liner.

Other additional features which set this jacket apart from the rest are the 2 open easy access rear hip pockets, for quick access for items like energy bars and gels. There are a further 2 more zippered pockets, one is centralized whislt the other can be found on the left hip for quick and easy access for items like keys and cash. The rear central pocket also benefits from reflective zippers to improve your safety whilst on the bike.
