If you are looking for a tough, challenging sportive in spectacular countryside, the Haywards Heath Howler fits the bill!

With 2427m of climbing this route is jam packed with 9 significant climbs including the famous Ditchling Beacon. The route is not all about climbing though... with stunning views, quiet roads and 2 breathtaking reservoirs (Weir Wood & Ardingly) on route your legs will be howling, while your mind takes in the scenery.

Starting from the historic and prestigious Ardingly college this Sportive is a must do event which will provide a real sense of achievement. 60 and 38 miles routes options are also available and equally as challenging! Certainly an event you will to tell your riding buddies you completed!

The event includes all the sophistication you would expect, including: electronic timing, well stocked feed stations, tarmac parking, free energy products, event photography, toilets, mechanical support, bike wash facilities and most importantly an extremely well marked course!

Wiggle Super Series provided by UK Cycling Events:
Wiggle has teamed up with UK Cycling Events to bring you a New Series of Road Bike Sportives and Mountain Biking events. The aim of the Wiggle Super Series is to encourage all level of riders from new to experience riders to get out on their bikes and ride! To encourage cycling to children, all children ride for free when accompanied by a paying adult!

The Wiggle Super Series events have 2 or 3 different course lengths for riders to choose from. Cyclists challenge themselves in a personal battle against the distance and then ultimately, the clock rather than racing other participants. The aim is to have a great ride and with other cyclists. There are timing standards to aim for in all rides and dependant on your time you will be awarded either a Bronze, Silver or Gold time.

The events are designed to take away the hassle of planning your own ride, so you will find an extremely well marked and easy to follow course. There are well stocked feed stations on the route which will keep you topped up with energy drink and food.

At event centre you will find free mechanical support; food & drink and spares to buy, toilets and Bike wash facilities (thanks to Mobi) and free bike washing products.
