Low rotational weight means more speed for less effort, so it's also worth adding a quality pair of tyres and tubes to your wheelset. If you are after a pair of road wheels for pure speed, then deep section aerodynamic wheelsets are the way to go, their aero section means you will cut through the air with less effort. If your after a pair of wheels for the hills, then look for a lightweight pair of road wheels with low rotational weight.
