About City Tyres
These tyres are designed to meet the rigours of city/trail riding and will fit Hybrid styled bikes, they are wider than a road race tyre to offer a larger contact area with the road and will provide more comfort. Wider tyres are less prone to punctures and will provide more grip. Within this range we offer semi slick or knobbly tyres, the semi slick tyres will be ideal for road use and the knobbly style will provide more grip for light trail use or loose surfaces such as gravel.

Magazine reviews for Panaracer Pasela TG City Tyre
Review from Bikeradar
Despite its wire bead, the 700 X 28C Panaracer Pasela TG is a very light touring tyre. The sidewalls feel skin-thin but didn't slash open with our glass test.
Out on the road it rolls well, and is only marginally slower than the Continental Top Contact.
Puncture protection is good for its weight, thanks to some sturdy reinforcement provided by a Kevlar belt under the tread. There's a wide range of sizes available, and in the narrower widths it's also viable as a training or long-distance commuting tyre.
It's available in a large range of sizes, and in the larger widths should be able to handle rougher surfaces better than full slicks. For those situations, we'd prefer the more expensive Panaracer Urban Max, which has a 'hypertex' casing to add sidewall protection, but for the money this is as good.
In conclusion...
Good value, lightweight touring tyre that's also fairly tough
