Good piece of kit Easy to use, easy to adjust, feels pretty solid, good range of torque. Bought it as taking carbon bike to bits a bit more often recently - first use was on a recent mates cycling trip to Mallorca - did the job but did strip the thread on a stem bolt when set at 4Nm (max given as 5). To be fair thought this was probably either my fault for cross-threading or a defective stem rather than the wrench so no lost stars for this. Pity the hex bits are not included and the case could at least have a storage area for them as I’m sure I’m going to lost them soon! Overall though pretty happy and looks like it will last a while. 27 March 2012

Very handy! This is my first ever torque wrench and I haven't stopped using it since it arrived. Seems accurate enough and, once you're used to it, it has a nice feel. It doesn't come with any bits or a connector but; It's a standard 1/4 inch system (the size of the little square coupling) which means if you fit a size 1/4 inch socket (from any compatible 1/4 inch socket set) then you can drop the standard sized tool bits right in (i.e. the little cordless drill bits have a standard 1/4 inch hex base). This saves having to search around for a dedicated coupler or paying for overpriced 'bike specific' accessories. 17 January 2012

Excellent short wrench Excellent small torque wrench ideal for low torque fittings on modern carbon frames (3-15Nm) although requires Pedro's Allen key bit set as a separate purchase. Works on the click off principal with a well defined click off indicating when the correct torque is reached. Easy to adjust and light and easy to use. 15 April 2011

It's a bit "plasticy" Works as advertised but doesn't exude quality. The adjustment mechanism is cheaply made from plastic and I have some doubts about it's longevity. OK for occasional home use but not the tool to buy if you are planning on using it daily in a workshop. 25 September 2010

Answer:

Pedro's makes a hex wrench set, Wiggle sells it for $15. I use it with a Wheeler torque wrench that I got for under $50
