FP1 is the top model in Pinarello's range of aluminium bikes. Ideal for the beginner tasting the open road on a bike. This model comes equipped with Shimano's Tiagra groupset and has a copact chainset fitted as standard.
The compact chainset, with a wide range of sprockets on the cassette, gives you a large choice of gears for speed and for climbing. Many sportives events incorporate some nasty/steep climbs on the route so having a compact chainset makes life a little bit easier.
The FP1 has 6061 aluminium alloy tubes with triple-layer T6 treatment, including a magnesium and silicone component to intensify fusion during casting. TIG welding, full-carbon Onda™ 30HM3K rear monostay, and thier Onda™ fork. The road tests performed show the same extreme rigidity, precision, and responsiveness as the Dogma Magnesium.
