Good quality, well price Great product, this is the second tub I have bought. Gives you a fair amount for your money, not good for those who want to gain bulk with use, its more for recovery after a ride (hence the name). Fills you up so you don't eat rubbish, tastes good and is good with a banana mixed in. I would recommend this to anyone who does lots of cardio work and needs a come-up afterwards. 24 March 2013
