Top Features of the Prorace Deamon Titan Ultegra Di2
|Number of gears:||20|
|Steerer:||Tapered 1 1/8 - 1 1/4|
|Wheel Size:||700c (622)|
The frame is constructed from Torayca 40HT 12K carbon fibre and features a BB30 bottom bracket, a tapered fork and headtube and internal cable routing throughout. The seatstays are narrowed for lightness and comfort while the downtube and chainstays are oversized to assist in power transfer and increase lateral rigidity. There is a replaceable forged aluminium mech hanger, twin bottle cage mounts and a full carbon tapered steerer fork too.
The groupset is the much anticipated Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic group which now brings electronic shifting advantages within the reach of the normal road bike enthusiast. The benefits of this are manifold and include micro-adjustment in set up, first time shifting on both front and rear derailleurs regardless of pressure on the pedals and super-reliability on the road even in nasty conditions. Prorace fit the entire groupset meaning the whole system works beautifully in unison and you get all the benefits of the chainset, brake calipers as well as shift and mech units.
The wheels are provided by Fulcrum and are the good quality Racing 5 model meaning you don't sacrifice weight and therefore speed where it matters most and you can expect good reliability and consistent braking performance too.
The finishing kit comes mainly from Prorace which helps keep costs low while being quite serviceable kit in it's own right too.
There are plenty of bikes with Ultegra Di2 out there but few can match the spec and price of the Daemon from Prorace. Prorace made their name from building top drawer bikes at great prices and with the Daemon Ultegra Di2 here they continue this trend.

About the Prorace brand
ProRace was born in the first year of the new millenium. It's parent is Feryn New International, the leading distributor of cycling products in Belgium and The Netherlands. Feryn's portfolio includes top brands such as Assos, Giordana, Carrera and many others. The company continues to market these products, but has created the ProRace brand to reach a different part of the market. We recognized that next to the top brands, there is demand in the market for quality products at affordable prices. The ProRace brandname stands for a complete range of products. Frames, clothes, accessories, you name it. We made the ProRace products suited for mass-marketing, without compromising on the quality.
