So I suppose they are from the Touring Puncture Repair Outfit you describe. However, I have used them with the usual good success on 700 x 23 tubes on my road racer. I inflate my road bike tyres to 130 psi and I can't feel bumps caused by patches, nor do these touring patches make it difficult to fit my clincher tyres over the tubes. Touring patches will do a perfectly adequate job in your sport tyres.
