Ridley X-Fire 1202C 105 2013

The X-Fire offers unbeatable value for money and is the best performing frame in its class. The 1.5" oversized lower part of the head tube provides superior control and stiffness, whilst the proportionally sized down tube gives an easy grip.

The groupset is predominantly Shimano's 10 speed 105 and offers clean, precise shifting. This means functionality is top drawer but keeps cost reasonable. The FSA Gossamer chainset is cyclocross specific (46x36) meaning the outer/inner rings are bigger than a compact chainset, but less than a double chainset. This provides you with the ability to tackle virtually any slope or flat section with ease whilst maintaining a high pedal cadence so to keeping you in control.

The X-Fire rolls on a nice pair of Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels giving you the robustness and strength required. While the finishing kit is mostly in-house to keep the price sharp, Ridley still opted for good quality tyres from top tyre brand Challenge.
