I've always been a shorts man, I've had a pair of tracksuit bottoms for over 10yrs and wore them just the twice, for footy training when it was literally freezing. Now my running has become so serious and I'm out in all weathers I thought I'd try a pair of running pants for my long/slow winter runs. Paid about £10 for these and they are a bargain! Very comfortable, practical, look alright, and they keep my legs warm even in sub-zero condtions. I like them so much I've bought a 2nd pair.

Great Cold Weather Gear
I bought these to wear over my compression tights in the really cold weather. They're looser than tights and comfortable to run in. Wearing these over the tights, my muscles are warmer and it feels as though my legs are working more efficiently.
As far as the fit goes, I'm 6' 3" with a 34" waist and leg; the large fits me o.k. though I would prefer if the actual waistband came up a tad higher. The draw cords are a nice touch. The material is quality.
I will buy them again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

NOT Tights
These are nothing of what you normally consider runningtights to be... The fit is NOT tight, merely slightly tighter than an ordinary track suit. Somewhat like a remnant from the 70ies of the last century... Don't buy if you expect to get runningtights. Do buy if you get claustrophobic in regular tights...

Normally someone with a 30/32 waist would be a medium but due to your height a large may be best here especially If you plan on using the stirrup. They do have a draw cord to pull them in. If concerned about the waitst being too large then could go for a medium but might just be a little short.Regards,

Unisex!My wife accidently bought me a pair of ladies lined tracksters and there seems no difference I am 5'10" slim hips with only medium quads and they suit me fine.
If you want a longer leg buy a size up as they stretch both north and east!

I'd say unisex, the fit is quite versatile. I got a medium and they fit well if not a little loose. I'm of medium build too. They are a little stretchy, for larger hips.

Really depends on waist measurements normally, but in the case leg length might be of issue also. Please see size guide under the description tab. Measure your inside leg and then buy the size that fits accordingly, the waist maybe a little bigger than you would normally take but drawstring will help pull this in. Or alternatively go for a compromise between waist and leg, this would mean perhaps that you can not use the stirups, but have a better fit in the waist.Regards,
