In-Mold Construction
The construction of Rudy Project helmets is based on the new In-Mold architecture. This innovative technology is used to inject styrofoam into the mold that contains the polycarbonate cap at very high pressure,merging the two materials to form a seamless rigid structure. This creates a more impact resistant and lighter helmet.

Flow Through Ventilation
The external vents and internal shell are scientifically sculpted and positioned to channel cooling airflow over your head and expel hot air and moisture, this provides a fresh, comfortable feel even in hot conditions.

RSR 7 Disc retention system
The RSR 7 Disc retention system provides a perfectly customised fit and exceptional stability with quick and easy micrometric adjustment via the rear dial. The mechanism is made of tough super injected rubber and offers both horizontal and vertical adjustment to suit a wide range of head shapes. Integrated side strips allow the system to be streamlined for reduced weight and bulk.

Bug Stop Padding
Two interchangeable and washable pads, made of a new non-allergic and anti-perspiration pile fabric with and without protective net let you manage the flow-through ventilation an keep out insects and debris.
