FleXion Plate gets the runner where they want to be - on their toes, enabling you to be faster and more efficient. Our tests show that at 8 minute mile pace the Getgo can shave over 7 seconds off your 5k time simply by engaging your toes quicker. We're not quite guaranteeing PB's here, but you certainly notice the effect, believe us, we've tried it!
The FleXion Plate is a Thermo-plastic layer built into the midsole which guides your foot from heel-strike to forefoot dampening joint and bone movement allowing you to toe-off with more force and less energy. We've coupled this with our Saucony SuperLite EVA to give you a plush feel, so you'll even enjoy your shoes helping you run faster.

About Racing Running Shoes
Racing shoes are ultra-lightweight, built on a curved last and stripped of the majority of cushioning and stability features found on most training shoes. Generally, the lighter the shoe, the more minimalist the design. You should choose these if you’re a fast, elite runner concerned predominantly with weight. Unless you’re very light, these aren’t for you if you run a marathon outside 2:45, or 1:30 for a half.
