Top Features of the Saucony Ladies Grid Type A3 Shoes SS10

The Type A 3 is Saucony's top-end racing shoe. It has won acclaim from Triathletes and runners alike for it's myriad features which combine to provide a great fitting racing shoe. The latest version still has drainage channels for excess water (this goes through the perforated sockliner too) and lace loops on the heel and tongue for speedy pulling on. The Type A 3 improves the upper with a more breathable, air-mesh fabric. For improved support, the mini-ArchLock around the heel counter is reminiscent of the top-of-the-range Paramount 2. Essentially the Type A 3 is a fast shoe, it's light, offers good cushioning with top-quality Saucony Superlite EVA in the midsole, but still has great grip for wet roads. And no-ones going to miss you when you're wearing them!

About Racing Running Shoes
Racing shoes are ultra-lightweight, built on a curved last and stripped of the majority of cushioning and stability features found on most training shoes. Generally, the lighter the shoe, the more minimalist the design. You should choose these if you’re a fast, elite runner concerned predominantly with weight. Unless you’re very light, these aren’t for you if you run a marathon outside 2:45, or 1:30 for a half.
