- High sodium content (30 m/mol) provides optimum hydration for intense competition, training or recreation in the heat.

SUPERHYDRO 15:30 will aid athletes with extreme hydration needs or those on calorie controlled diets, or with specific weight restrictions and targets.
Uses include low-intensity sports, recreational sports (where a food break is included in the day, eg: family walks), sports such as sailing where there may be long periods of relative inactivity, activities undertaking whilst on a calorie-controlled diet, etc.

Science in Sport grew out of the desire to provide the best nutritional products and advice to athletes.
