Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles (your left if you are left handed and your right if you are right handed) If the gloves are too tight, they may make your hands feel cold, so if in doubt go up a size. |

The wind proofing is achieved by a plastic layer sandwiched between two merino layers.
I washed my pair of these and the layers got all out of sink, the membrane tore and now they're not windproof or water proof. Be really careful when you wash them.
