Selle Italia have created the Diva Gel Flow to answer the specific needs of female riders, no matter what their preferred riding style.
The 160mm-wide saddle has a breathable full grain leather cover, underneath which are different thicknesses of silicone gel inserts, zoned for maximum comfort at the sit bones and also around the generous cutout. It's pretty light at just 265g.
In use, it's supportive, provides good pressure relief, even when working hard, and feedback is good, with little drop off in power. Though marketed as all-purpose, it's better suited to more upright riding, as the nose is a little unforgiving when on the drops.
In conclusion...
Excellent build quality and long ride comfort

It depends what you define as bulky. I use this saddle on my road bike and mtb, and it is bigger than more race oriented saddles (looks bigger than my Fizik Aliante); it is after all a wider and deeper saddle - having said that I have the white one, maybe the black would look more streamlined.
For me it was about comfort - I have had numerous 'racy' saddles like the Specialized. Ruby Gel - (ouch!) so I don't mind a little extra bulk if I am happy on the bike. It is lighter than some of the other saddles I have used that appear to be more performace oriented too.
I guess the bottom line is yes it is bulkier than 'flatter' less padded roadie saddles, however, it does not look out of place on a road bike, if that helps!
I have attached pics of the saddle on my TCR Alliance 1, and also my Giant Trance.
I just got one of them and it is not as bulky as you think! Just the same size as a default seat you get when purchasing a bike with just more cushioning! Hope it helps :)

The saddle is not bulky when you hold it, it looks the part so shouldn't be too large for your bike.
