Combines SPD mechanism on one side and flat pedal body on the other, you can ride with cleats or normal shoes. Ideal as a first clipless pedal due to the adjustable cleat tension, this means you can start off with loose tension for extra easy engagement and release, and turn up the tension as you progress.

I'm a bit of a beginner, and have never owned/used SPDs before.. Thanks :)
Quality is good despite being clipped on only one side, plus you have the distinct benefit to my mind of having a 'normal' pedal on the other side. V useful when in heavy traffic or in tight situations where you may need to stop suddenly. Also the fact that these are larger than a normal full clip pedal means that you will not be searching for them when starting off from a standing start - if your in a lot of moving traffic or have to move quickly then this will be a great asset if your not used to using clips.
Yes they do include cleats.
prices are for pair or for one side only. I hope someone can help me.
The pedals come with the cleats you need and work great with any shoe that has a recess in the bottom of it and uses two bolts. You just need a set of hex wrenches and a long wrench to get started. Takes only a few minutes to learn how to line up the front of the cleat and click down with the heel. Then getting out is as easy as turning your foot with your heel out.

The M076 shoe is compatible with these pedals.
I fancy putting these double sided pedals on bike #3 but don't want to have two different cleat types on the go.
The M324 technical document on the shimano website shows the SH51 cleats, so based on that you should be fine.
It depends what kind of cycling you do....
For mountain biking and touring, I have added some recommendations at the end:
RT51 for touring
M076 and M086 for mountain biking.
You can of course use any trainers on the non SPD side of the pedal too.
