Do the Shimano MT33 SPD Leisure Shoes come with cleats installed? so are ready to use straight away?

I'm using these with crankbrother candy 1. Seem to be a good match.
(the cleats came with the pedals)
It takes seconds to fit them, literally.

But I do use dual-side pedals and these seem perfectly OK when I flip the pedals to avoid clipping in (in traffic for example).
