The upper is constructed from a supple and stretch resistant synthetic leather and 3d moisture control mesh for freshness in hot riding conditions.
Shimano DynaLast Technology
Shimano Dynalast Technology focuses on maximising energy transfer from the very beginning; the pedal stroke. The newly developed last shape optimises the toe spring angle and secures your foot in the ideal pedalling position. This helps reduce the loss of power at the end of the upstroke stage. It reduces tension in the Plantar, Calf and Hamstring muscles, leading to smoother hip rotation and cumulative gains over long distances.
The Carbon Sole features hollow channels to increase surface area, adding strength and rigidity while reducing weight. It also adds an extra 11mm of cleat adjustment to help you find your perfect position on the pedal.
Finally a one-piece, carbon reinforced Nylon heel cup provides better hold, stability and power on sprints and climbs. Each element of Dynalast technology is designed to work in harmony for increased performance on endurance road cycling events and long distance training.
Road racing cycling shoes are designed without compromise to provide optimum power transfer between your foot and the pedal, a good quality road cycling shoe is a wise investment for performance and weight saving and is often overlooked. High-tech materials and precision manufacture keep weight down and stiffness up, this means your rotational mass is lower and power transfer is higher, resulting in more forward momentum for your effort.
