High Impact memory foam
A special high impact material that has a stiff initial impact that slowly conforms to the shape of the body, which gives the protective piece a way to eliminate the heavier, air restricting hard caps that have traditionally been used in pressure suits.
Rock Crusher Articulated Armour
Rock Crusher Articulation eliminates the Achilles heel of body armour by using over lapping joined hard caps that have the ability to move independently. This allows the piece to stiffen when needed, yet maintain flexibility for greater comfort.
Stretch Kevlar
Stretch Kevlar® resists tearing while shielding the caps and foam to give them longer life. The stretch material also helps keep the pads as smooth and low profile as possible to eliminate snagging.
