Good kit, but long fit These arm warmers are decent quality and look good. Unfortunately, even the S/M size is designed for those with long arms. My arms are probably skinner than average (not compared to a pro cyclist though), and the upper cuff can be a little tight on the bicep. The fabric does the trick though, and I can deal with a little bit of extra material, so overall I'm satisfied with this product. 10 July 2010

Good arm warmers Having got a bit narked with the poor quality of my previous pair of arm warmers I went for the sock guy. These are a touch snug on my scrawny sticks, (I bought the small/medium size), they easily long enough to cover my monkey like arms as well which is nice. They haven't started to fall down when racing like my previous pair and they are toasty warm. Go out and buy some! 03 July 2010

Very snug, very long I purchased these arm warmers as I found the pair I already owned continually slipped down my matchstick-like arms. The Sock-Guy warmers certainly resolved that problem as they are very snug indeed. If anything, the warmers are a little too snug and may prove difficult to quickly yank up before a cold descent. The other notable feature of these warmers are their length. I have fairly average arm length, yet still find I need to turn the warmers over a both ends. Overall though, the warmers are excellent quality and absolutely will not slip down during wear/use. 02 July 2010

Snug warmers for long to medium arms These are the first warmers I've bought and I'm pleased with them. They'er sock-like as the name suggests, but comfortable and good for spring/autumn use - although with nothing by way of wind-proofing I wouldn't rely on them for deep winter riding. These warmers come in two sizes, with the larger suiting my medium arms for width, but coming up a little long - although not so much that can't be gathered here and there to fit comfortably. They stay in place without slipping down and they're easy to remove on the go. 20 October 2012

I'm 5ft 10 and 72kg, I have s / m. If your slim and don't mind them tight go for s / m. If you want them a big looser go for a larger size.

i'm 6ft tall and about 12st,slim build and i went for the small/medium which were fine,if you have biceps like popeye you would have to go for bigger size

I have 27cm biceps, arms 58cm from wrist to top of the shoulder (top of your shirt sleeve). I am 5 10 tall and weigh between 10 stone 2lb-9lbs. I went for the small/medium and they were excellent fit circumference wise and good fit lenght wise ( maybe 1.5 cm longer than ideal).

I am a 5ft 7 female of medium build and the small/medium size are a perfect fit. So I would think that a slender bloke of 5ft 8 or less, could get away with small/medium; anyone else would need the larger size.
