Low profile technical racing goggle
A goggle in a hydrodynamic design with interchangeable nose bridges for a personalised fit. The duel shot injection construction provides leak protection and the patented flexible frame with double silicone head strap allows the goggle to wrap around the swimmers head for hydrodynamic efficiency and a secure fit. The low profile oval shaped lenses with UV and Anti-fog protection reduce drag and provide excellent peripheral vision, the mirror finish helps reduce brightness and glare.

About the Speedo brand

Speedo produce a fantastic range of swimwear and swimming accesories including swimsuits, swimming goggles, kickboards, swimming fins and pullbouys plus much more. Founded in Australia by Alexander MacRae, a 22-year-old Scottish immigrant who arrived in the country in 1910. The 'SPEEDO' company began when MacRae Hosiery manufacturers, established by Alexander in 1914, extended the manufacture of underwear to swimwear and became MacRae Knitting Mills. This acceptance of swimwear and the introduction of the ‘Racerback’ costume meant it was time for a new company name. A staff competition was held and won by a Captain Parsonson who coined the slogan ‘Speed on in your Speedos’. The SPEEDO name was born in 1928.

Top goggles I had never been able to find goggles that were comfortable and didn't leak and had given up wearing them completely. Recently my eyes started getting sore so I had to try again. These are excellent they don't leak and after 30 seconds you forget you are even wearing them. If you are a bloke and don't want a bright pink case with them, tell wiggle. I now have a very effective bright pink goggle case. 03 April 2010

OK they are only swimming goggles I have been a swimmer for over 40 years and goggles have ALWAYS been an issue (OK since they were common in the 70's) Uncomfortable, leaky' hard to fit and only just better than stinging eyes. Speedsockets were pretty close. the best I had used, with only the minor problem that they were never quite clear to see through. Aquasockets have it all, good shape, comfortable soft seals and 3 eye sizes which should work for almost anyone. And the coloured mirrors ar, according to my teen kids (how hard to please are they) "cool". Oh and I can read my lap timer watch when wearing them, which is rather the point! 05 November 2009

Best goggles tried so far Competing in triathlon I get through a lot of goggles. I have a small head and finding goggles that fit, give excellent all-round vision, look good and come in a variety of lens tints is very difficult. These goggles do the job. Although not specified on the site, they are women's specific (check the box) and designed for the smaller face and head. Peripheral vision is excellent, the colours provide great contrast as well as full UV protection, there is absolutely no leakage and the exchangeable nose bridge enables an excellent fit. Highly recommended. As with all goggles, the lenses scratch easily so take care! 18 September 2009

Great fit and looks good Really comfortable, you forget you have them on. Comes with different sized nose pieces to fit all shapes and sizes. 29 November 2012

The dates of manufacture?

I recently purchased a pair of these in the red/orange colour, however upon using them at my local pool I discovered that they fogged up after only a few minutes of use, I believe this is because of the age of the goggles (they were manufactured in 1996,) I just wondered if you have any of these goggles in stock that have been manufactured more recently, and if so the dates and colours of them?
