Top Features of the Superfeet Merino Grey Insoles
Whether you're in the city, on a trail, or by a stream, merinoGREY keep your feet in comfort.
Superfeet combined the natural thermoregulating properties of Merino wool with their standard for support and performance. merinoGREY add structure to any roomy boot, shoe, loafer, or other work or casual footwear that may lack the support your feet need to perform their best. The thick pile of 90% Merino wool top cover lays over the supportive FOUNDATION™ foam and Encapsulating Stabilizer System [ESS®], so you're supported, aligned and comfortable.
RECOMMENDED FOOT TYPE
Ideal for feet with medium to high arches.
Roomy sportsman, hiking, walking, ski, snowboard, industrial, casual or military boots and shoes.
Superfeets XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) foam, FOUNDATION, provides durable biomechanical support. This ultra-light, closed-cell foam resists moisture and helps reduce shock while offering advanced comfort. FOUNDATION’s resilience and strength optimizes the performance of all Superfeet Trim-to-Fit Premium Insoles.
Encapsulating Stabilizer System [ESS]®
Superfeet merinoWHITE™ features a unique stabilizer cap for optimal underfoot support. When integrated with the shape and design of the foam full length, this combination creates a deep heel cup to cradle the heel’s fat pad for improved natural shock absorption. This system provides comfort and necessary stability for different activities, footwear and foot types.
90% Merino Wool Top Cover
Superfeet merinoWHITE™ features a 90% Merino wool topcover. Superfeet repurpose wool 'noils' left over from the wool sock industry, and instead of letting them go to waste, they blend them with virgin Merino fibers. This process creates a 90% recycled Merino wool top cover. After their blending process, the final result is an exceptionally soft Merino wool layer that offers extreme comfort, added moisture wicking, insulation and breath ability.
|Trim and fit instructions for your new Superfeet insoles|
Remove the original insole from your footwear. To work properly, your Superfeet insole should lie on the bottom surface of your footwear. It should not rest on any insole, arch pad or heel cushion material. These items should be removed.
Place the original insole over the top of your new Superfeet insole, lining up both the heel
and inside edge
With a marking pen, trace the original insole pattern onto the new Superfeet insole
Trim the insole by cutting along the inside edge of the tracing line. Care should be taken not to trim too short. Trim it, try it. Trim it, try it.
Fit your insole into your footwear, ensuring it rests properly on the bottom. The insole needs to have minimal back-to-front movement inside the footwear (about 1/16" or 2mm) to ensure the insole moves with your foot inside your footwear, and is not jammed heel-to-toe. This is very important. Properly trimmed, your insoles will fit easily into your footwear without a struggle, and will not curl up in the toe area
|How to size your Superfeet|
Check the Superfeet size chart, and select the size that you feel is the closest to your size.
