An explosive frame which benifits from the rigidity of the BB30 bottom bracket and every centimetre of fibre in the NEW RXRS Ulteam is optimised to achieve a specific set of design goals.
From a thread of carbon to the most perfect racing machine, there is only one technology worth buying: RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).
TIME is the only one in the bike industry to master this 3-step process, which consists of: weaving their own tubular carbon braids, laying up manually the braids for each carbon component on a wax skeleton then injecting the epoxy resin.
This technology delivers several advantages for TIME: total freedom of shape, total resin impregnation for the best cohesion of the carbon fibre layers, customising the technical characteristics needed in each stress zone, total control of the geometry and thickness of every part and the reproduction of the mechanical characteristics of each piece on a mass-produced level.
