On-the-fly recall allows runners to check progress of laps or splits while running. Let the Training log store workouts by date with best lap, average lap and total segment time. The 150-lap Sleek is ideal for athletes who are looking to monitor their training and measure their improvement in performance whether being serious or recreational running.
The target time feature allows runners to enter distance and projected time making on-the-fly checks of progress. By setting your target time to finish the run and the distance, when you take a split at every mile the watch automatically displays your target split, the actual split and, the lap time. The watch also shows your performance versus your target time. No more guessing or calculating how much slow or faster your splits need to be. This watch does it all for you, but you still need to run.
Customise any running sessions to include pyramid intervals by utilising up to 9 linked timers. A great feature to keep runs varied and challenging. INDIGLO night-light with NIGHT-MODE feature will ensure you can read splits or laps in dark.
