From our flagship product, the TORQ bar, through to our energy and recovery drinks, we have used the latest research and blended highly potent natural ingredients to produce what we honestly feel are the most effective performance products on the market today.
TORQ gel is no exception. In line with the formulation used in our energy drinks, we have blended Maltodextrin, a long chain complex carbohydrate with Fructose (fruit sugar) in a 2:1 ratio. The peer-reviewed published research, one study of which we actually reference clearly on the front of the pack, have found that this blend of carbohydrates actually delivers 40% more carbohydrate than traditional formulations.
Traditional formulations tend to be Maltodextrin only, or Maltodextrin/Glucose blends.
The flavour? Forest Fruit contains natural extracts and also a very high dose of natural Guarana. 89mg is almost double the caffeine dose of any other gel on the market and our caffeine comes naturally from a pure guarana extract.
A key additional feature is the inclusion of all 5 essential electrolytes and minerals.

THE TORQ FUELLING SYSTEM™ (2-3 TORQ UNITS PER HOUR)
Each of the following TORQ fuelling products represents 1 TORQ unit:
500ml Torq Energy (@6%), Carbs - 30g, Torq unit - 1
1 x Torq Gel (45g), carbs - 30g, Torq unit - 1
1 x Torq Bar (45g), carbs - 30g, Torq unit - 1
Research demonstrates that individuals can absorb up to 3 TORQ UNITS per hour whilst exercising, however we recommend that newcomers and smaller individuals start with 2 TORQ UNITS initially and experiment with higher doses over time. In warmer environmental conditions, or during higher intensity exercise when perspiration rates are high, we recommend that you lean towards a greater intake of TORQ Energy Drink units. During cooler conditions when hydration is less of an issue, more of your fuelling units should be delivered via TORQ Gels and Bars.

You could phone or email to ask for the 'use by dates' prior to ordering.
My last delivery had 18 months shelf life but I have had other stock discounted because it only had 9-12 months left and I know I will use them so discount is king.
