great bit of kit, pity about the price though This is a pretty simple and effective bit of get, it's basically a fancy occy strap. Two ends with durable plastic hooks and three bits of elastic in between means it is perfect for attaching larger bulky items on the top of your rack. It's very good quality and handy to have, especially if you are cycle touring and have a tent or dry bag on your rack. Just a pity that they charge so much for it, it should be a lot cheaper for what it is, really. I still like it though and am happy. Typical Tubus quality! 23 May 2012

To me it looks like it would, providing diameter of tubing not too large.

My Zefal rack is fine, the strap just needs a rectangular hole or a small diameter horizontal bar/tube on either side of the rack down near the fixing to the hub or braze on for the hooks to clip on to.
