The Zenium VR Disc features a lightweight alloy frame with a full carbon fork; 105 11 speed groupset; Fulcrum Racing Sport Disc wheelset and TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes with Vitus finishing kit; if performance and value are your deciding factors the new Zenium VR Disc has it covered on all fronts!
Vitus's super light 6061-T6 triple butted alloy frameset with smooth welds has been optimised for power transfer and vertical compliance to combine the best of both worlds; up front a tapered headtube and oversized tubing culminate in razor sharp handling.
Vitus's semi-sloping endurance geometry and slender seatstays increase vertical compliance adding comfort and a balanced ride resulting in reduced rider fatigue and confidence inspiring handling.
The T700 HM-UD disc brake specific full carbon fork features a tapered carbon steerer for increased steering precision with reduced road buzz from rough road surfaces. A 15mm through axle provides enhanced braking performance and improved handling to counteract the brake forces which are transmitted through one side of the fork.
With tyre clearance up to 28mm wide tyres the Zenium offers great all round, all road capabilities.
Light action Vivid Shifting is just one of many features taken from Shimano’s top end groupsets, making the 105 11 speed 5800 groupset a performance option for the masses.
The shifters and derailleurs incorporate Shimano’s Vivid Shift technology, with a light but positive feel all the way through the 11 speed drivetrain, giving you the gear you want, when you want it, with the minimum of effort.
With its two piece hollow axle design, the Shimano Hollowtech II chainset is both stiffer and lighter than a square taper chainset. Using a Hollowtech bottom bracket shell also provides increased stiffness and bearing life over standard cartridge units. With 50/34 compact gearing, you can tackle even the steepest climbs with confidence.
A dual sided mechanical system makes the TRP Spyre Mechanical Disc Brake one of the best performing on the market. Add to this hassle free installation and reduced pad wear and it is easy to see why it has been so highly rated in the cycling press.
Finishing the Zenium off is a collection of own brand parts from Vitus. Using a compact bar, a 3D forged alloy stem, Alloy 27.2mm Vitus seatpost and a Vitus road specific saddle. A great, light-weight finishing kit to top the Vitesse off.

First emerging as a frame builder in 1970s France, Vitus Bikes played a pivotal role in pioneering the design and manufacture of lugged and bonded aluminium frames, the most iconic being the 979, groundbreaking at the time and still prized among collectors today. In 1982 we engineered and developed the 979 Carbone, one of the very first frames to take carbon fibre technology from the aerospace industry and apply it to bikes. Their tradition of innovation continued throughout subsequent decades with frames which included the 1991 ZXI monocoque carbon frame, the spirit of which lives on in their latest generation of monocoque road bikes. Without exception, each of the bikes – from their singlespeed commuter to the high-end carbon road model – won plaudits for their ride quality, build and great value. The reviews confirmed what they knew all along, and they intend to improve on these already test-winning models as Vitus push forward with the development of this great brand of bikes. “Credit has to be due to a brand that has come back from the ashes and rather than milk the prestige of the old days, has set its sights on the biggest players on the scene.” CYCLIST magazine. Vitus bikes have been tested in many of the top cycling titles and websites across all disciplines. Their bikes have won group tests across Europe and are regarded as some of the best on the market.

Getting the Right Fit
At Wiggle we measure each of our bikes to build accurate size charts for our customers. Our qualified team of mechanics then individually check each order, against measurements supplied by you, to ensure the size chosen is correct. Another reason you can have complete confidence when buying a bike from Wiggle!
If you are on the change over between sizes both options will fit. Racers and experienced riders would usually select a smaller size as this offers quicker handing. A larger bike offers more stability and is more suited to new and intermediate riders.
